Maintenance of printing press circuits
The detection element is used to detect the working status of the printing machine. For example, an eye level switch is used to detect the position that a part should reach. The eye switch must be in proper condition, otherwise a serious accident may occur. If the eye switch for the rise of the feed stack does not work, the feed stack may break the flyer head, as well as the limit switch for the take-up section. Every time you start the machine, you should pay attention to these problems, to eliminate these potential problems in the bud. Inspection devices also include safety switches, stop switches, and hazardous area protection switches. These switches directly indicate the current state of the press: operational or non-operational. False signals from these switches can have serious consequences, so the working status of these components should also be checked regularly, and special attention should be paid to the fact that these switches should not be easily removed. Detection components also include some operating status detection switches, such as front gauge electric eye detection, reed switch detection, misdiagnosis or improper operation of these switches will likely prevent the printing machine from entering normal operation. Control elements are used to control the drive circuit, but its signal from the detection element, the control circuit must be normal to accept the signal, otherwise it may cause misoperation, or will damage its circuit, so the control circuit's anti-interference requirements are very strict, it is best to add a noise filter for some sensitive components, or shield up with special materials.
Drive circuits are generally high-power components, which generate a lot of heat, so the heat dissipation of such components is an important part of maintenance. If the motor's fan stops is dangerous, from the paper or other objects to cover the motor, it can also cause damage to the motor.
The actuator is part of a mechanical circuit, such as the rotor of a motor. If the mechanical circuit is not open, the driving energy of the circuit cannot be converted into work, but only into heat, making the temperature rise sharply and causing the components to perish. Therefore, we must always ensure that the mechanical four-way circuit is open.
Circuit wiring must be carefully considered: First, it should be fixed to prevent it from touching with mechanical parts and causing short circuit or breakage. Secondly, the electric wire should be well protected to prevent its surface rubber from aging, such as using snake skin tube. Also should try to avoid the lubricant dripping onto the wire. In addition, care should be taken to avoid the line interface from breaking due to vibration.
